You do not need to turn every uncomfortable feeling into a decision.

STILLNESS

WHAT THIS MEANS

Discomfort presses for action, and the fastest way to discharge it is to decide something. People leave, quit, confess or rearrange their lives to make an unpleasant feeling stop, and then find that a settled version of the same situation would have arrived on its own within two weeks. Feelings carry information. They do not carry instructions.

Give an uncomfortable feeling a few days of room before you do anything structural. Write down what you would do if you had to act now, then leave the note alone. If the same answer still looks right at the end of the week, act on it then.
