Your beliefs are invisible architecture; eventually your life reveals the blueprint.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
What you believe about how the world works does not stay in your head. It decides which risks you consider reasonable, which people you approach, how much you ask for, and how long you stay somewhere that is not working. None of that is visible while it happens, which is why the structure only becomes obvious once the building is up. Your life is the readable version of assumptions you never wrote down.
Look at a pattern that keeps repeating in your life and ask what would have to be true for that pattern to make sense. Whatever answer you find is probably a belief you are holding. Once it is written down, you can decide whether you still agree with it.
