Your goals are listening every time you say “tomorrow.”

RESILIENCE

WHAT THIS MEANS

Tomorrow is a real plan sometimes and a way of ending a conversation the rest of the time. Said often enough about the same thing, it becomes the arrangement rather than the delay, and some part of you learns that this particular goal is not one you act on. The word is not the problem. The pattern behind it is what teaches you what to expect from yourself.

Count how many times you have moved one specific thing to tomorrow. If the number is high, either do the smallest possible piece of it today or take it off the list honestly. Both are better than the third option of carrying it indefinitely.
