Sunlight shows dust without deciding whether the room has been neglected.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
Light reveals; it does not evaluate. A low sun across a room shows every particle in the air, and none of that is a report on your character, your week, or how well you look after things. What arrives with the information is usually your own commentary, and it is worth noticing that the commentary was added rather than found.
When something suddenly shows you a mess, try separating the fact from the verdict. Dust is dust, and a house that is lived in produces it constantly. Deal with the part that bothers you and leave the judgment out of the bucket.
Where have you turned something you noticed into a verdict about yourself?
