Pressure doesn’t always reveal weakness; sometimes it introduces you to strength you never needed before.

RESILIENCE
Difficulty does not always find a weakness. Sometimes it calls on a capacity that had simply never been required, and you discover a steadiness that was there the whole time waiting for a reason to appear. That is not a consolation for the hardship, which may have been genuinely unfair. It is just an honest observation about what pressure sometimes uncovers.
If you are in the middle of something heavy, be careful about drawing conclusions while it is still happening. Later, look back and notice specifically what you did that you would not have predicted. That is real information about you, and it stays available afterwards.
