A good creator knows when to stop adding.

CREATIVITY
Adding feels like effort and effort feels like improvement, so most work gets pushed past its best version. Knowing when to stop is a separate skill from knowing how to make, and it is much harder to practise because nothing announces the moment. The last few additions are often insurance against your own doubt.
Save a version when the work first feels right, then continue if you want. Compare the two later. You will start to recognize the point where you are decorating rather than building.
What are you still adding to that was finished a while ago?
