Some people break under pressure; others finally discover their shape.
RESILIENCE
RESILIENCE
Pressure does not have a single effect, and it is worth being honest that it genuinely breaks people, often through no fault of their own. It also, sometimes, is where a person finds out what they actually are, because ordinary conditions never asked. Which happens depends heavily on support, timing, and how long the pressure lasts. It is much less a measure of character than it is usually made out to be.
If you are under strain, prioritise the things that change the odds: rest, help, and reducing the load where you can. Do not treat the outcome as a verdict on your worth. Getting through it with support is a better outcome than getting through it alone.
