Bodies are cleansed by water; the mind is purified by truth.

REFLECTION
Carrying things you will not look at makes a mind heavy in a way nothing else explains. The half-admitted, the story maintained for years, the fact kept in a room you do not enter: all of it takes constant effort to hold in place. Saying the true thing, even only to yourself, releases that effort. The relief is usually out of proportion to what was admitted.
Pick one thing you have been declining to look at and write it down in plain language. No justification, no context, just what is so. You need not tell anyone else yet, and having said it once you will find it weighs less.
Which honest sentence would clear your head if you said it?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
