Leaders reveal priorities through calendars and resources, not speeches.

LEADERSHIP
Stated priorities cost nothing. What actually reveals them is where the money goes, whose time is protected, and what gets scheduled first when something has to give. People read those signals accurately and adjust to them, whatever the speech said.
Look at your last month of calendar and spending. Write down what a stranger would conclude your priorities are. If that list differs from your stated one, change the allocation rather than the wording.
What would your calendar say your real priorities are?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
