Observe always that everything is the result of a change, and get used to thinking that there is nothing Nature loves so well as to change existing forms and to make new ones like them.

CREATIVITY
Change is not an interruption of the way things are; it is the way things are. Everything you value arrived through a rearrangement that looked like loss to somebody at the time, and everything current is on its way to being rearranged again. Resistance to that is understandable and it does not slow anything down.
When something is being taken apart at work or at home, ask what the new form is likely to be rather than only what is going. You will usually spot it earlier than the people still arguing. Getting used to the process is easier than getting used to each instance.
Which change are you resisting that has already happened anyway?
