LEADERSHIP
What you make repeatedly becomes what you are known for and, over time, what you are. Not everything is within reach, and circumstances hand out very different materials, but inside whatever you have been given there is usually more room to act than it feels like from the middle of a bad season. The works accumulate quietly and then suddenly amount to something.
Pick the one area where you do have some room and use it this week, rather than spreading effort across the parts you cannot move. Finish something small and let it stand as evidence. Over a year that is a different record than intentions.
What have you built that would introduce you without your name?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
