RESILIENCE
Uncertainty in the abstract has nothing to push against, so it expands to fill whatever space you give it. Action produces a specific result, which the uncertainty then has to account for, and most of the vague fear turns out not to survive contact with an actual outcome.
When you are stuck in speculation, design the smallest test that would produce real information. One concrete answer usually collapses a great deal of imagined difficulty.
Which worry would shrink if you simply tried the thing?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
