Make your first move small enough that fear has trouble defending the delay.

RESILIENCE
Fear argues most persuasively about large commitments, since large commitments have plausible risks it can point to. A first move small enough to be almost trivial removes its material, because there is nothing serious to defend against. Scale is the lever.
Shrink the step until the objection sounds ridiculous. Write one page, make one call, spend ten minutes. Then do it. Once something exists, the argument shifts from whether to start to what comes next.
What is the smallest version of the thing you keep avoiding?
