The greatest of faults, I should say, is to be conscious of none.

REFLECTION
Being unable to name a single fault of your own is the fault. Everyone has several, and the person who cannot produce one has not become better than the rest; they have lost the instrument that would tell them. Whatever they are doing wrong is running unchecked, which is exactly why other people can see it so clearly.
The repair is simple and uncomfortable. Ask two people who know you well what you do that makes you harder to work with or live with, and make it easy for them to answer honestly. Then say thank you and nothing else. Argue with none of it for at least a week.
Which of your faults would a close friend name first?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
