Time stays long enough for anyone who will use it.

STILLNESS
Shortage of time is real for some people and imagined by many others. What often passes for having none is time that arrived and was not caught: the half hours between things, the evenings that dissolved, the mornings given away before they started. Used deliberately, a day turns out to be surprisingly long. Unused, it goes at the same speed and leaves nothing behind.
Rather than trying to find hours, watch where a few of them already go. Then attach one small piece of work to a slot that repeats, so it happens without a decision each time. Consistency does more here than any rearrangement of the calendar.
What would you attempt if you stopped saying you lacked time?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
