REFLECTION
Order tends to spread from the inside out. When your thinking is clearer about what you want and what you are actually doing, decisions get easier, and a run of better decisions changes a life faster than any single rearrangement of circumstances. That is the reasonable reading. The stronger version, that everything resolves once you sort your head out, is not something anyone with real trouble in their life should be asked to believe.
What you can do is start upstream. Before reorganising anything external, get one confusion straight: what you actually want from a situation, in a sentence. The practical steps usually become obvious afterwards.
What inner adjustment of yours would settle several outer problems?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
