REFLECTION
Earning is a legitimate and often urgent occupation, and nothing here argues for taking it less seriously. What is easy to miss is what else counts as work: becoming someone others are glad to deal with is not a hobby you get to once the finances are sorted, and it develops through practice like anything else. People who postpone it until they are comfortable often find they have got out of the habit.
Both can be worked on in the same week. In the middle of whatever earning you are doing, pick one interaction and handle it with more care than the transaction requires.
How much of your ambition leaves room for other people?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
