Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall.

STILLNESS
An unbroken record usually means the tasks were too easy or the risks too small. What actually distinguishes people is not the absence of collapse but the reliability of the recovery, and that is a skill rather than a trait. Getting up is learned by getting up, generally faster the second time and faster still the fifth. Nobody admires a clean sheet the way they admire someone who came back.
Shorten the gap. After the next thing that knocks you down, decide in advance what the first small return move will be, so the decision is already made when you are least able to make it.
What helped you stand up the last time you fell?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
