Accept the things to which fate binds you, and love the people with whom fate brings you together, but do so with all your heart.

GRATITUDE
Two moves are being asked for, and the second is much harder. Accepting what circumstance has fixed is largely a matter of stopping the argument with reality. Loving the people it has placed beside you means giving real attention to relationships you did not select, difficult ones included, and the wholehearted part rules out polite endurance.
None of this asks you to stay close to someone who harms you. With that aside, think of somebody you deal with because of where you ended up rather than by choice. Ask what changes if you stop treating them as an accident of the arrangement. Half-presence is usually noticed anyway.
Who did you not choose but have come to love?
