Life belongs to the living, and he who lives must be prepared for changes.

REFLECTION
Being alive means being in motion. Circumstances shift, people move away or die, bodies age and plans dissolve, and the only way to keep living fully is to meet those changes rather than stay frozen in how things were. Holding on to a past arrangement can quietly stop you from taking part in the present one.
If you are resisting a change that has already happened, you do not have to welcome it, and if the change is a loss, grieving it is not the same as being frozen. But you might ask what the life in front of you now needs from you. One small step that belongs to the present rather than the past is enough to begin.
What change are you bracing against instead of preparing for?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
