The strongest relationship you build is partly the evidence you give yourself about who you are.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
Every relationship you have runs partly on what you already believe about yourself, and that belief was assembled from evidence you gave yourself over years. How you handled a temptation, whether you kept a promise nobody was tracking, what you did when it would have been easy not to. That accumulated record is the ground everything else stands on, which is why it counts as a relationship in its own right.
Consider what you have taught yourself about yourself this month. If the evidence is thin, add to it deliberately with something small and real. The point is not to become impressive but to become someone whose own account of themselves holds up.
What evidence have you gathered lately about the person you are?
