Let accomplishment expand what you contribute.

LEADERSHIP
What you achieve gives you a larger surface to act from, and the question is what you do with that surface. It can be spent on comfort and insulation, which is understandable and eventually quite small, or on contributing things you could not have contributed before. The second use is what keeps accomplishment from turning into a slow retreat.
List what your current position lets you do that it would not have five years ago. Access, resources, the ability to make a call and be taken seriously. Pick one of those and use it for something outside yourself this month, in a way you would not have bothered to mention.
What could you give now that you could not give before?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
