The person who controls aggression gets more from it than the person controlled by it.
RESILIENCE
RESILIENCE
Aggression is useful in the same way any strong force is useful, provided you are the one deciding when it operates. When it decides for you, it picks poor moments, poor targets, and poor words, and you spend the following days repairing what it did. The person who can hold it and release it deliberately gets all the benefit and very little of the damage.
Practise holding the charge without acting for a set period, even sixty seconds. You are not suppressing it, only taking back the timing. That single delay is usually the whole difference between the force working for you and against you.
Does your temper serve you or steer you these days?
