A solution becomes possible when frustration stops doing the diagnosis.

When you are frustrated, the diagnosis arrives fast and it is usually about who is at fault or how the situation is impossible. Neither is a diagnosis in any useful sense, and acting on them produces motion rather than progress. Waiting until the frustration has settled costs you a day and gives you a chance of understanding what is actually happening.
When you notice you have an immediate explanation for a difficulty, treat the speed of it as suspicious. Set it aside and look again tomorrow. The second explanation is generally duller and considerably more actionable.
