Protect the rhythm once the work starts carrying itself.

RESILIENCE

WHAT THIS MEANS

There is a stage where the work stops requiring you to push and starts pulling you along, and that state is both valuable and fragile. It is easy to disrupt with a change of schedule, a new project, or a well meant reorganisation, and it takes a long time to build back. Recognising when you are in it, and defending it, is a real skill.

If things are currently flowing, resist improving the arrangement. Do not add, optimise, or restructure. Keep the same hours and the same setup, and let the rhythm run for as long as it will.
