Build enough momentum that obstacles have to work harder to stop you.

RESILIENCE

WHAT THIS MEANS

When you have very little going, one obstacle stops everything. When you have real momentum, the same obstacle slows things down and the work continues, because there is enough underway that a single disruption cannot take all of it. Building that resilience is not about becoming tougher but about having enough in motion that a single blow is not decisive.

Instead of asking how to avoid setbacks, ask what would still continue if one arrived next week. Strengthen whatever answer you get. Momentum is partly just having more than one thing holding you up.
