Some limits need respect; others need experiments.

RESILIENCE
Some limits are real and ignoring them causes damage, whether that is a body that needs rest, a genuine constraint of time, or something about your circumstances that will not move. Others are assumptions never examined. Treating everything as one kind or the other is a mistake in both directions, and telling them apart requires actually looking.
When you meet a limit, ask whether the evidence for it is physical or habitual. Physical limits deserve respect. Habitual ones deserve a careful test, and the test is usually smaller and safer than the fear around it suggests.
