RESILIENCE
Your old best took real effort and represented what you could achieve with everything going right. Making that your ordinary level is a substantial achievement and a useful target, since it is concrete, already proven possible, and unmistakable when reached. It also has the advantage of being modest sounding while being genuinely demanding.
Think about your best work from two years ago and ask honestly whether your current routine output matches it. If not, that gap is your project. If it does, then set the new minimum against your best from last year.
