The ability to remain composed turns chaos into sequence.

RESILIENCE

WHAT THIS MEANS

Chaos is partly a matter of everything demanding attention at once. A composed mind can turn that simultaneous mass into an order, this first, then this, then that, and once there is a sequence the situation becomes workable. Nothing about the circumstances improved. They simply stopped arriving all together.

When everything is happening at once, write down the items and put them in an order, even a rough one. The ordering itself does a lot of the work, and you can revise it as things develop.
