Pressure cannot make every decision urgent simultaneously.

RESILIENCE
Pressure presents everything as needing an answer immediately, which is never actually true. Some decisions genuinely have deadlines and most do not, and the feeling of urgency attaches itself indiscriminately. Sorting out which is which restores a great deal of room that seemed unavailable.
List what feels urgent and put a real deadline against each item. Not a felt one, an actual one. Usually two or three have genuine time pressure and the rest can wait, which changes the whole shape of the week.
Which of today’s urgent items could safely wait a week?
