REFLECTION
Some things you recognize in your body before you can explain them. A real poem, a piece of music, a sentence that lands: the response comes first and the reasoning arrives late, if at all. Trying to decide whether something is good by checking it against a standard often misses what actually moved you.
Notice this week when something registers in your chest or your scalp before your opinion forms. Write down what it was. That short list will tell you more about your taste than any review you could reason your way into.
