Live truth instead of professing it.

LEADERSHIP
Stating what you believe is cheap and quick; arranging your days around it is neither. The gap between the two is where most people live, and it is nearly invisible from the inside, because saying a thing sincerely feels a great deal like doing it. Anyone watching you learns what you value from your calendar and your spending, not from your positions.
Pick one belief you state often and look for where it shows up in an ordinary week. If it appears nowhere, either change something small so that it does, or stop announcing it. One quiet act carries further than a paragraph of agreement.
Which value do you state more often than you practise?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
