STILLNESS
Most of the hard things you are avoiding will still be done by you, only later and at higher cost. Delay does not remove a task, it adds interest to it: the apology gets heavier, the bill gets larger, the conversation gets harder to start. The difference is rarely intelligence. It is how long you let the dread run before you move.
Take the smallest avoided thing on your list and do it in the next hour. Notice how much of its weight was the waiting rather than the work. Then pick the one you have been carrying longest and give it a start, even an imperfect one.
What will you end up doing anyway, later and more painfully?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
