Your weak side is just your future strong side that hasn’t been invited to practice.

RESILIENCE

WHAT THIS MEANS

Weakness is usually just neglect with a label on it. The side you avoid got less attention, which is why it performs worse, which makes you avoid it more, and the loop hardens into a belief about what you are naturally good at. Ability follows attention far more than it follows talent.

Take the thing you are worst at and give it ten minutes at the start of practice, when you are fresh instead of exhausted. Do it three times a week for a month before judging. Most people never test this, which is why they keep the same weak side for years.
