Big moments don’t ask what you hoped to do. They ask what you practiced on boring Tuesdays.
RESILIENCE
RESILIENCE
Under pressure you do not rise to your intentions, you fall back on whatever is automatic. That gets built on unremarkable days when nobody is watching and nothing is at stake, which is precisely why those days decide the outcome. Hoping is not stored anywhere your body can reach. Repetition is.
Look at your week and find the ordinary sessions, the ones easiest to skip, because those are doing the work. Make one of them non-negotiable this week. Practice the specific thing you will need, in the way you will need it, rather than the part you enjoy.
What did you actually practise last Tuesday, not just plan?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
