Storms don’t check your schedule. Neither do rainbows. Stay outside long enough to see both.
RESILIENCE
RESILIENCE
Hard things arrive without warning, and so do good ones. Neither consults your calendar or waits for a convenient week. The temptation after a rough stretch is to go inside and stay there, which does keep some of the weather off you. It also means being absent when something worth seeing finally shows up.
Staying out does not mean grinding through everything without rest. It means keeping a few doors open while you recover, answering the message, going to the thing, staying in contact with people. Good timing tends to find people who are still within reach.
When did something good arrive for you at the worst moment?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
