A setback exposes exactly one weak spot. That’s more specific than most advice you’ll ever get.
RESILIENCE
RESILIENCE
Failure is uncomfortably precise. General advice tells you to work harder or prepare better; a specific failure tells you the exact place the thing broke, on the exact day, under real conditions. That level of detail is expensive and nearly impossible to get any other way. It only helps if you look closely enough to name what actually gave way.
After the next thing that goes wrong, write one sentence naming the single point of failure. Not a general verdict about yourself, only the mechanism. Fix that one thing before the next attempt.
