LEADERSHIP
Feeling behind requires a shared timetable, and no such timetable exists. What you are measuring against is a handful of visible examples arranged into an imaginary standard. Different starting points, different obligations and different aims make that comparison meaningless before it even begins. Being somewhere different is not the same as being somewhere wrong.
Write down what you actually want within the next two years, in your own words. Measure against that instead of against whoever posted something impressive this morning. Your timetable only has to make sense to you.
What makes you certain you were supposed to arrive already?
