A vision board without a calendar is just nice wallpaper.

Picturing an outcome is pleasant and it does very little on its own. Dates are what turn a wish into something that can succeed or fail, which is exactly why people avoid setting them. Without one, nothing is ever late, so nothing is ever urgent.

Take one image or line off that board and give it a deadline you would be slightly embarrassed to miss. Put it somewhere that interrupts you. Then work backward and write the first three steps.
