LEADERSHIP
What you do without being asked or paid shows you where your attention goes on its own, and attention is the raw material of getting good at anything. Calling it a hobby files it under things that do not count. Some of it genuinely is just for fun, and some of it is the early shape of something you could do seriously.
List what you did last month that nobody required of you. Look for the one you also kept getting better at. Free and improving together is worth taking seriously.
What kind of work do you do without being paid?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
