Much of what you believe about what you can and cannot do arrived before you were able to evaluate it. People repeated things around you, usually without meaning harm, and they settled in as facts. Inherited limits feel exactly like personal knowledge, which is why they get questioned so rarely.
Pick one belief you hold about yourself and try to remember where you first heard it. If it came out of somebody else’s mouth, test it once instead of assuming. You are allowed to keep some and put the rest out.
Which belief about yourself did you inherit rather than test?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
