Spreading yourself across many things can be genuine enthusiasm and it can also be protection. If nothing is ever finished, nothing is ever assessed, and you get to keep the identity of somebody with a lot going on. The busyness is real; the risk is what is missing from it.
Count what you currently have open. Pick the one you would be most nervous to have judged and finish that one. Put the others somewhere you can find them later without seeing them every day.
How many projects are you running to avoid finishing one?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
