You can start over on a random Wednesday. Mondays don’t own the patent.

RESILIENCE
Waiting for a clean starting point is one of the more effective ways to lose a month. The calendar is arbitrary, and a fresh week carries no real power, which is obvious once you notice how many Mondays have already been available. What makes a restart work is beginning while you still care, not beginning on a tidy date.
Whatever you were going to start next week, do ten minutes of it today, mid-afternoon, badly. The ugly start counts the same as the neat one. Waiting four days mostly gives the idea time to cool.
Could you start over on an ordinary Wednesday instead?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
