Twenty pages a day doesn’t sound like much. Keep it up for a year and you’re a different person.
RESILIENCE
RESILIENCE
Small daily inputs are hard to respect, because a single instance does nothing visible. Twenty pages is half an hour and changes nothing today, which is exactly why it is sustainable, and sustainable is the only quality that matters over a year. The change does not come from any one session. It comes from the count.
Pick the input and a fixed slot, then make the amount small enough that a bad day cannot beat it. Before bed, on the bus, in the hour after dinner. Protect the slot rather than the enthusiasm.
What would twenty pages a day make of you by December?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
