REFLECTION
REFLECTION
There is a real limit to what you control, and pretending otherwise leads to exhaustion and unearned guilt. But most people also leave a good part of their actual influence unused, because acting on it takes effort and might fail. The honest boundary sits between two errors.
Make a rough map of what is genuinely in your hands in a situation you care about, and ask what percentage of it you are actually using. Take up one more piece this week. Accepting the limit and using the range are both required.
What control do you have available but leave unused?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
