Adjusting how you talk to fit who is in front of you is not a costume. It is the same instinct as speaking up in a loud room. The content stays yours. What changes is the packaging, and getting the packaging right is most of what people mean when they call somebody easy to talk to.

Pay attention this week to how you already shift between a group chat and a teacher. You do it well without thinking. The only version worth worrying about is when your values change with the audience, not just your vocabulary.
