Look back at your cringe posts from two years ago. That’s evidence you grew because you dared.

That flinch when you scroll back is the feeling of having outgrown something, which is a strange thing to be embarrassed about. The old post was made by somebody with less information who tried anyway. If nothing you made two years ago makes you wince, the likelier explanation is that you were being careful, not that you were already right.

Rather than deleting the trail, look at one old thing and name what you know now that you did not then. Then accept that in two years you will feel this way about today, and post anyway.
