In chess, touch a piece and you have to move it. Make decisions like that sometimes.

RESILIENCE

WHAT THIS MEANS

Some decisions get worse the longer they stay open. Reopening the same question all week adds no information, only more chances to talk yourself out, and a binding rule exists because playing without commitment teaches you nothing about your own judgment. Deciding is a skill, and skills need repetitions.

Pick one low-stakes area and make it binding this week: the first film you name is the one you watch, the first practice time you choose is the one you keep. Notice how much energy comes back to you. Save the long deliberations for choices that actually deserve them.

Which decision would improve if you could not take it back?
