If you’re leading while unsure, say so. Teams trust honest captains more than fake-confident ones.

RESILIENCE
Pretending to be certain in front of a group is a thin disguise, and people usually see through it sooner than anyone admits. Saying you are unsure while still deciding gives everybody something real to work with, and it makes your confident statements worth something later. Fake certainty spends trust you may need.
When you are in charge and do not know, say which part you are sure of and which part you are not. Then say what you are doing anyway. Ask for the information you are missing instead of covering the gap.
Where are you leading while pretending to know the answer?
