Find people who make things. Creativity grows faster in a crew than alone in a bedroom.

Working near other people who make things changes your pace without anyone lecturing you. You see how often they finish, how casually they start over, how normal it is to make something bad on a Tuesday. Alone, every setback feels like evidence about you. In a group it just looks like the process, because you can watch it happen to somebody else.
A crew can be two people. Send the half-finished thing to one person who also makes stuff and ask what they are working on. If nobody comes to mind yet, a class, a server, or a local open mic all count as a start.
Who else that you know actually makes things regularly?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
